Booking & Cancellation Policies

Freshwater Creek Cabanas Policy: Booking and Cancellation Guidelines in Hopkins, Belize

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you arrive early, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. If you’re arriving later than 6 pm, please call or email us to make arrangements.
Check out is by 11:00 am.
Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed.

To confirm your reservation a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with full payment to be received within 15 days before arrival.
Reservations during peak season will be charged the full booking amount 30 days before arrival.
All prices are given in US Dollars.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
61–90 Days Before Arrival: 95% refund of the deposit (less a 4% processing fee).
31–60 Days Before Arrival: 75% refund of the deposit (less a 4% processing fee).
15–30 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the deposit (less a 4% processing fee).
Within 14 Days of Arrival: No refunds will be issued.
No-Shows & Early Departures: No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of the stay.

Cancellations due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or Acts of God (including hurricanes) are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.
Any refunds issued will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Changes to reservations (such as rescheduling) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
